Bauhaus: (The House's construction ) Teaching of architecture and applied arts centre founded in Weimar by German architect Walter Gropius, in 1919. For political reasons he moved in 1925 to Dessau, and Hitler closed it in 1933, participated in this Academy such illustrious artists as Kandinsky and Klee, Schlemmer. Its mission was to renew the architecture and all its forms.
