BATASUNIZATION Herri Batasuna is the political arm of the terrorist organization ETA that aims to independent the Basque territories of Spain and France, called Euskal Herria. It was formed as a political party in 1986 and declared itself illegal on 27 March 2003. Batasunization is the spread of independence ideology and the acquisition of adherents to the etharra cause.
