basáride . ( Of the lat. )(do do bass? ris-? dis, and this of the Gr. ?, vulpeja). 1. f. mammalian Carnivore, like the weasel, but larger, tawny color and tail skin which has eight black rings. It is found in Mexico, in California and elsewhere in America, and lives in the Hollows of the walls and walls. The Indians put dried as trophy roofs and porches of their huts.
