Azada . ( Of the lat. ) vulg. ( * asciata , of ascia , azuela, species of axe). 1. f. instrument that consists of a sheet or quadrangular blade of iron, usually 20-25 cm side, cutting one of these and provided the opposite of a ring where it fits and attaches the perpendicularly or mango, forming a somewhat acute angle with the shovel. It is used to dig land roturadas or soft, remove manure, knead the lime for mortar, etc. 2. f. hoe (? tool that stands out from the hoe by the bucket, somewhat curved, and longer than wide).
