It is one of the common names receiving a tree also known as aligonero, ledonero, lodon, Hackberry (in Arabic means tree), cupillo, bermejo or tinker. Formerly in Greece was called lotus. It was considered the family Ulmaceae (ELMS), but us new botanists classified it in the proximal family called Cannabaceae.
