Valluna typical dish. In Colombia and especially in the Valle del Cauca is a homemade treat. It is in essence a roast very ripe banana to which are added a strip of sweet or snack of guava and another strip of cheese. Valluno authentic dish is coated in flour, egg, salt and sugar, but has become popular in everything is country without this cover.
