TO REFORM Tell someone or something that needs to be reformed, corrected, updated. The building to be reformed must be converted into a smart and modern building. The statute to be reformed should include a democratic and multi-state election of the rectory and a new multidisciplinary council of teachers, psychologists, medical officials and students.
