Convincing clarity to speak or to write about a topic. Clear assersion about a matter. Appropriate teaching. Mastery in the interpretation of the different forms how to write or speak in a language, a dialect or jargon.-&#( In contradiction: paraphasia, confusing or misleading into a absurd assersion.&#).
