Meaning of claret by Felipe Lorenzo del Río

Felipe Lorenzo del Río

claret
  81

Relatively common catalan surname. An illustrious character of our history that led this surname was San Antonio María Claret, confessor of Queen Isabel II in the 19th century and founder of a religious congregation called popularly " the claretians " or missionaries sons of the heart of Mary, some of whose members work in Latin America, as Pedro Casaldáliga, whose work in Brazil in the context of the theology of liberation is commendable. While they wanted him to kill on more than one occasion, it has survived even though he must be very ill.
