caucus: In Puerto Rico, the Government has extended the use of the caucus of the Legislative Assembly to all instrumentalidades of the Government. That way the caucus has become a tool that eradicates the participation of the opposition and other voices, and becomes a FASCIST tool.; Caucus is the private meeting that in the procedure of mediation, the mediator uses for the resolution of the conflict, which listens to the parties subject to absolute.
