In my area, (Arteta, 41 Guipúzcoa; is used with the meaning of mono ( nice, clean and arregladito 41. For example, a child limpito and arregladito ( pretty dress; 41, or a nice gift package. Being next to the French border, I have always believed that it came from the word " mignon " as it has the same meaning.
