YARIGUÍES The Yariguíes were an indigenous people of the Yupka ethnic group that was located in an extensive jungle area of the Middle Magdalena, west of the current department of Santander, in Colombia. The name is yariguíe . They spoke opón-carare, diomas of the Caribbean language family.
