Meaning of vacunología

vacunología: It is science (part of Medicine), which is dedicated to the study of vaccines, that is, the way to cure or prevent infectious diseases by inoculating inert viruses or substances that kill those viruses. Study its production, trials in the different phases (laboratory, clinical), its effectiveness and possible side effects.; It is the science that deals with the study, development and production of biological vaccines. The name is a hybrid between the Latin vaccinae ( "of the cow" ) and the Greek 955; 959; 947; 953; 945; ( "knowledge" lodge).
