Tombo is incorrectly written, and should be written as "Tombo" being its meaning: Tombo comes from the lunfardo in Argentina, at the end of the 19th century, Buenos Aires police, copied the model in uniform of the London police, which was a sack with many buttons, and from there went on to say the police buttons or button in the singular, by the custom of the jargon, flip the word to disguise it, was Tombo, which is backward button, but is written Tombo with M, by the rules of the Spanish language - Sangre Maleva Tango, refer to the Word buttons, when the police arrives.

CARLOS ENRIQUE HURTADO MEDINA

Tombo, generally refers to a police funcioario in si, policeman, carabiner, etc..., definition coming from Latin American countries, but more that a definition, seem to be a jargon used by criminals latinos to denote the presence of a police officer, I do not think that there is an antonym of this word
