It's a term for political slang. It's apocope of Neoconservatism. It refers to the harmful effects of the new consumer society, artistic avant-gardes and pop culture on family, religion and civic virtues. It originated around the sixties of the last century. It can also be a mistake when asking for Nemocon. If so, it is a Municipality of Colombia of the Department of Cundinamarca. In the Muisca language, it means "Warrior Roar" or "Warrior's Lament".
