In Botany it is the name of a genus of herbaceous plants in the family Acanthaceae. In Greek mythology daughter of King Testi of Etolia. She was the wife of Tindáreo of Sparta and seduced by Zeus. Name of an asteroid and also of one of Jupiter's satellites. Name of a city in Belgium in the Flanders Region. It is also a woman's name of Greek origin and means lady, lady.
