Jundia or jundiá, is one of the common names given to a freshwater fish that is also known by the names of nicuro, catfish, black catfish or toad catfish. Another name is catfish seven fins or catfish seven fins. Its scientific name is Rhamdia quelen and it belongs to the family Heptapteridae. It is endemic to the central region of Argentina, southeastern Brazil, Paraguay and Uruguay.
