I don't think 'estropfaligpostionestazoirophobia' appears in any dictionary. I remembered it while defining other phobias with ridiculous names but that pass them off as real, and of which we have several examples on this site. He appeared in a coffee talk, while we laughed just at absurd phobias trying to justify them. Of course, if it existed it would be a typically male phobia.
