This is a Peruvian invention and is not known in other Latin American countries but among anthropologists and sociologists.Peruvian archaeologist Federico Kauffman Doig aloctonista theory poses that the effects of diffusion of foreign culture were determinates to develop culture in Peru the foundations of this theory, supported mainly by Kauffmann Doig, are as follows: ( 1 ) American cultures not could have arisen independently in Mexico, Guatemala, Bolivia, Peru, etc.; then, the Chavín culture could not be culture matrix since it was a highly advanced culture.For Kauffmann Doig, Central American cultures and Andean would have a third Center common origin. He has researched the sexuality in the old Peru, Chachapoyas culture, has made known Kuelap to the world with their research, as well as being a fervent advocate of our cultural heritage. He has earned the title of Amauta, the highest honour to merit granting the Peru in the field of culture.
