In the United States it is the generic name for a group of three Tákicas ethnics. They are also called Gabrielinos or Kizh, Fernadinos and Nicoleños. It is also so called your language. It belongs to the Uto-Aztec linguistic family. It is located south of the State of California in Los Angeles County and on several islands. They were related to the Payute or Paiute.
