quimbolito 34
They are sweet kneads of corn, typical of Pasto, the capital of the Department of Nariño, in Colombia. They are sweet corn cakes wrapped in leaves that are typical in southern Colombia and Ecuador. They are very similar to those of other Colombian regions, which we call wrapped. Kimbolites are also used.
