It is often said in Argentina (by very few people), "remain in tarlipes" : it is naked. Rare or almost never used to say or name the genitals, although here as in many places balls refer to genitals. And "balls" is often said according to context as nude synomous. Stay in balls (naked) when entering the shower. I'm in tarlipes because all my clothes were stolen.
