Excessive pride or excessive vanity. It's the "accumulation" of Bronze in the blood. It is also called modern enfemety or bronze. This is actually a term used to call the "disease" suffered by many people who have excessive conceit and believe themselves superior to all others. They think they're gods and deserving of a statue or at least a bust. It is mostly used in the medical guild. Egolatra, extreme egolatra.

BRONCEOSIS disease generated by the accumulation of bronze in the human body 2 . In Argentina : Psychological pathology that young Argentine doctors have, prisoners of wanting to have a bronze effigy that immortalizes them because they look infallible and of the utmost importance. When bronze reaches their brains, they no longer see or hear; tanning prevents them from walking hastely, though they do so majesticly. Nothing is urgent or valuable, except your time. In the Chilean bestiary we call them diostors.
