Typical drink of the Canary Islands. It is a kind of cocktail presented in several layers and with liquor. It also usually has coffee and milk.

BARRAQUITO in Spain: sweet alcoholic drink typical of the Canary Islands, containing 4 layers of ingredients of different colors and densities, which keeps them separate and give showiness to the drink. The bottom layer is condensed milk, on which goes the liqueur 43 (because it contains 43 ingredients), then a layer of espresso and above a layer of sparkling milk.
