Atiriciar is an ancient term and rather rural in some regions of northern Mexico, and is conjugated as a regular verb. Its use refers to a certain physical attitude or appearance related to shyness or, where appropriate, convalescence. That is, it is used in people with sick appearance or also apocalyptic appearance.
