Art Deco ( pr . Art Deco) is an artistic and especially design movement that was very popular in the 1920s and 1930s. It is of French origin, and the movement considered itself "modernist"; only in the 1960s was it baptized art deco as a reduction of art décoratif ("decorative art"). It does not have a Spanish version, is written like any foreign voice and is pronounced just as in French.
