The application to Turkish immigrants in Germany and/or their descendants is correct. Long before referred to Asians and Arabs. However, I have also seen Germans that so called Latin America's poor in the sense of " stupid, useless, lazy, etc. " I've seen it a few times and it was 20 years ago. I hope has diminished or disappeared completely.
