poriferas is incorrectly written, and should be written as "porifera" being its meaning: Sponges or poriferos ( Porifera ) they are a phylum of aquatic invertebrates that are located within the Subkingdom Parazoa. They are mostly marine, sessile and lack true tissue. Filter cloth thanks to a developed aquifer system of pores and channels and chambers that generate water currents caused by the movement of a flagellated cells are: the coanocitos. There are about 9000 species of sponges in the world, 1 of which only some 150 live in fresh water. Known fossils of sponges ( a hexactinelida ) from the Ediacaran period ( Neoproterozoic or upper Precambrian ). 2 were considered plants until the existence of internal flows of water was discovered in 1765 and they were recognized as animals and your digestion is intracellular.
